Does your job require you to drive vehicles that exceed 3500kg? Whether it’s a large van, a coach or a large goods vehicle, you must hold a valid Driver Qualification Card in order to operate a vehicle in this weight category; failure to do so can result in a fine of up to £1,000.
The Driver Qualification Card is gained in two ways, either at the initial vocational qualification (if you passed your car driving test after 1997) or by completing 35 hours of modular training over a 5-year period. The 35 hours are completed by attending 5 x 7-hour modules known as the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence.
At Fiolean Ltd, we have many years of experience in instructing drivers taking their CPC. Each module costs £50.75 and can be conducted both online and on-site.
We have access to almost 100 modules for LGV and PCV drivers!
Each module is presented through the RTITB or NLTC Consortium. All our modules are suitable for LGV and PCV drivers and can be adapted to suit specific company and business needs.
All module teaching is devised so as to ensure driver inclusiveness. Fiolean Ltd can also offer the FORS recognised theory CPC, which is essential for those who are required to drive in London.
Get RADAT approved
As members of the National Logistics Training Consortium, we are able to provide RADAT (Register of Approved Driver Assessors and Trainers) training, supporting you in becoming an approved instructor or assessor.
YOUR ONLINE DRIVER CPC
Each online DCPC module costs £50.75 including VAT, DVSA upload, handouts and certificate. Weekend and weekday courses are available for both LGV and PCV.
